As a Project Coordinator within the Cloud Sales Organization, you will make an impact by supporting the efficient execution of projects that drive cloud business growth. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, clear communication, and timely delivery.
In This Role, You Will
- Coordinate project activities including resource allocation, equipment, and information flow.
- Liaise with internal teams and clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Assist in task assignment and schedule management.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and opportunities, and support issue resolution.
- Support procurement processes and maintain project documentation.
- Act as a communication hub for project status updates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and remove blockers.
- Track project hours, plans, and expenditures using appropriate tools.
- Contribute to quality assurance efforts and ensure project standards are met.
- Document findings from meetings and track action items.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–4 years of overall experience, with 0–2 years of exposure to end-to-end project delivery.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level or equivalent).
- Strong spreadsheet skills including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and initiative in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in the IT industry, especially cloud services or sales pipelines.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and internal Google tools.
- Familiarity with SQL and dashboarding tools.
- Flexibility to work across time zones, including shifts from 9 AM–6 PM or 11 AM–8 PM local time.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Studies or certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
