GENERAL CONTEXT :
International context on English environment
Entity located in Suresnes. 2 days/week on site in Suresnes, 3 days/week remote working
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICE :
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for multiple projects
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, and ensuring technical feasibility
- Developing a detailed project plan to be shared with clients and other staff members
- Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Measuring project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Performing risk management to minimize potential risks
- Creating and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meeting budgetary objectives and adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis
- Developing spreadsheets, diagrams, process maps and comprehensive documentation as needed
- Implementing adequate governance with all stakeholders
- expertise on security and regulatory projects in a complex environment.
- Expertise in communicating with the various stakeholders and governance
- Expertise in organization: complex schedules to manage and formulate a synthetic view with strict control of milestones.
- Coordinating of operational teams (worldwide).
- Expertise in preparation and coordination of production operations
- Consulting expertise
- Technical culture expertise conducting architecture workshops on IT infrastructure issues (network, servers...).
- Interface between client and internal teams
- English environment
- Microsoft Office
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- The PM service will be fully dedicated to one single Entity collaborating in all projects requested by this Entity.
- This service is for Supporting around 10-12 projects with a mix of short-term, mid-term, long-term projects
- Expertise in multidisciplinary technical culture to interface between various technical teams as projects can address all major technologies: Move to Cloud, Network, Workplace, Sécurity, …
