Through our various research programs, we have identified and developed specific bacterial ecologies that enable the production of naturally fatty liver without the need for force-feeding.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Project Manager to coordinate a research program aimed at optimizing the production of naturally fatty liver using Aviwell’s innovative process. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in enhancing production processes, improving quality standards, and developing ethical and sustainable practices.

Main Responsabilities

• Coordinate the research project throughout the entire production cycle of naturally fatty liver, ensuring adherence to ethical and environmental standards.
• Engage with veterinary partners, experimental centers, and regional and national administrative bodies to establish and implement study protocols, working closely with Aviwell’s technical and scientific teams.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to derive actionable recommendations for process improvement.
• Supervise and train field teams to maintain rigorous study methods and processes.
• Communicate regularly on project progress to management and stakeholders.
• Participate in related tasks for other research programs at Aviwell as needed, under the direction of the program leader.

Desired Profile

• Education: Master’s degree (Bac +5 or higher) in agriculture, animal sciences, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in project management, ideally in animal production or the agri-food sector.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the ethical, regulatory, and environmental challenges, ideally in foie gras production.
• Skills: Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including regional and national administrative bodies.
• Qualities: Autonomy, scientific and administrative rigor, and a passion for improving practices in the agri-food sector.
