AI/ML Engineer @ Tropico Security

At Tropico, we’re rewriting how cyber defense works. We build AI-powered decoys that lure attackers and reveal threats before damage happens, think digital traps that fight back.

We’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer with exceptional Python skills (LeetCode hard = easy for you), strong LLM fine-tuning experience, and deep knowledge of RAG and vector databases.

If you’ve built, optimized, and deployed models and you enjoy solving real security problems with clean, efficient code, we want to talk.

Interview process:

1. First online test: self-service recorded interview, pure technical skills, e.g. deploying models on runpod and custom python functions.
2. Second step: on-site interview in Milan, same focus, similar test, deep technical evaluation.
3. Third step: team & culture fit call, either on-site or online.
