We are seeking an experienced Chief SAP Developer to join our team.

In this position, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions to meet complex business requirements. You will work collaboratively with various teams to deliver impactful results and spearhead the optimization of SAP systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage SAP applications using ABAP and ABAP OO
• Create and enhance HANA CDS views to support business operations
• Design and implement REST APIs and BAPIs for seamless system integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
• Provide technical expertise and guidance for SAP modules, including PP, PM, SD, and MM
• Identify and resolve technical issues in SAP systems and applications
• Drive system upgrades and improvements within an agile environment
• Develop and deploy FIORI applications while contributing to BOPF development efforts
• Document technical specifications and foster knowledge sharing across the team

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in SAP development
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing development teams
• Participation in at least 2 full-cycle projects or involvement in multiple projects spanning various development lifecycle phases
• Advanced knowledge of ABAP RAP, ABAP, and ABAP OO
• Extensive experience with HANA CDS views development
• Expertise in designing and integrating REST APIs and BAPIs
• Proven ability to deliver successful development projects
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, especially the SAFe framework
• Knowledge of one or more SAP modules, such as PP, PM (S/4 Equipments), SD, or MM
• Understanding of FIORI development and BOPF frameworks
• Strong analytical skills for solving complex technical challenges
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
• Highly organized with a focus on achieving results
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, at a B2+ level or higher
