Are you a customer-oriented professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent service? We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our commercial team in Riga, to serve the entire Baltics region. In this role, you will be in charge of providing the best possible client experience as well as optimizing our local social media presence.



Ready to become part of it?

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and our local sales team.
  • You manage the entire customer order process from quotation to payment. You handle returns, sample services, and credit & collection tasks.
  • You are trained to know our products and solutions, so you can provide top-notch guidance, resulting in happy customers.
  • You keep track of customer feedback to refine our service.
  • You collaborate with internal and international colleagues to address customer questions and improve overall customer experience.
  • You keep track of all administration related to the sales process in our CRM tool.
  • You proactively follow up with customers and prospects. You enhance commercial activities with key accounts and onboard new customers, always aiming for optimal customer experience.
  • You increase local social media visibility.




This is how we describe you…

  • You have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and have a prior experience in a customer-facing role.
  • You have the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with an eye for detail.
  • Preferably you are familiar with SAP.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You are fluent in English and Latvian. Knowledge of Estonian, Lithuanian and / or Russian is a big advantage.
  • You have a problem-solving mind-set with a focus on delivering solutions.
  • Understanding of social media platforms, their unique audiences and how to use them to maximize branding and marketing efforts is a big plus.
  • Overall, you're a pleasant person with a team-oriented approach. A team player, if you will.
