Loneliness is killing people. Literally. For adults over 50, chronic isolation increases mortality risk more than obesity, poor diet, or lack of exercise. One in four people experiences it weekly. And the stigma keeps most people suffering in silence.

We're building a global startup to change this at scale through weekly events that create genuine human connections. 

We’ve recently launched in London, and after seeing amazing initial results, we’re now quickly growing our team to help us on this mission.

Founded by Jani Pravdič and Matic Jesenovec – entrepreneurs who've together built multiple businesses impacting hundreds of thousands of people and generating well over eight figures in revenue. We're now building something that we believe has the potential to grow much larger and have a greater impact than anything we’ve done before.

We're looking for someone who can do everything – and then build a team to do it better.

In the beginning, you'll be:

• Building and scaling websites
• Building internal tools
• Building analytics tools
• Improving web and mobile apps
• Implementing software solutions
• Optimizing processes in the company
• Optimise payments
• And everything else the company will need

You'll be the person who keeps the engine running while we grow. It will be hectic, but it will also be fun and rewarding.

You will be an architect of the product, but also a key figure in shaping the company's early culture and processes.

As we scale, you'll transition from doing everything yourself to building and leading a team around you. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor and grow into a leadership role as the company expands.

Product & Growth

• Own the funnel: landing pages, onboarding flows, checkout, upsells, etc.
• Build multi-lingual pages and audience-specific landing pages
• Implement user onboarding, profiles, event views, and tracking.
• Run A/B tests and ship changes based on numbers, not opinions.

Back End

• Design & build the matching engine (incl. last-minute matching) and compatibility scoring.
• Create subscription/retention analytics and cohorting.
• Build vendor/venue availability and reservation locking to prevent double-bookings.

Internal Tools & Platforms

• Build a CRM to manage all our users and their settings
• Build marketing analytics dashboards (funnel, cohorts, ROAS, LTV/CAC).

Leadership & Collaboration

• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Operations & Marketing.
• Document, automate, and hire as we grow.
• Mentor early hires; raise the engineering bar.

You'll start doing everything. Then you'll build a team to do it better.

Requirements

Essential:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experienced with React Native
• Built at least one working web app with significant traffic
• Comfortable working in ambiguity, adapting to changes and wearing multiple hats
• Ability to identify ideal software and integrate it into the company’s workflow
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently without constant oversight
• You must be available most of the time during the day in the first year or at least when we have events going on
• A lot of drive, energy and time
• Ability to use and implement the latest (AI) tools in your work
• Ability to work from our office in Ljubljana city center
