At Capitole Consulting, we continue expanding our Data & AI practice and are looking for passionate professionals who want to work on real-world AI projects with impact.

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer (MLE) with 3–5 years of experience to support the development and productionization of advanced AI models — from research to scalable, production-ready solutions.

What you’ll do

🔹Design, develop, and train AI and machine learning models (NLP, GenAI, predictive analytics).

🔹Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured Python code.

🔹Collaborate closely with MLEs to deploy and scale models in production environments.

🔹Work with large datasets using Databricks, Pandas, and modern ML frameworks.

🔹Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI development lifecycle and MLOps practices.

What we value

🔹 3–5 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering.

🔹 Strong programming skills in Python.

🔹 Hands-on experience with Databricks and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.

🔹 Solid understanding of data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

🔹 Knowledge or interest in NLP and Generative AI / LLMs.

🔹 Excellent communication skills and a high level of English (team communication in English).
