Project Manager – Agile IT Delivery

We’re hiring for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology-driven change initiatives within a Top Global Banking Institution. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact projects focused on operational control, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile delivery of control and automation solutions, coordinating across development teams and business stakeholders.
• Own the project lifecycle, from backlog refinement and sprint planning to governance, RAID management, and reporting.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in Agile project management using tools like Jira, with a strong grasp of Scrum and user story creation.
• Solid background in technology and data, including experience delivering operations-focused solutions (e.g. process automation, KPI/KRI dashboards).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in As-Is/To-Be analysis and structured problem solving.
