📌 We are hiring a Building & critical Infrastructure Project Manager (M/F) for a renowned Swiss organization based in Geneva. 🛠️

🎯

• Delivering the projects to the satisfaction of the Project Owner, program manager and customers, within the agreed constraints, following the project management framework and guidance;


• Establishing an agreed initial project scope and objectives with the Programme Manager and repectively the Project Owner at the start of the assignment;


• Managing the assigned project(s) on a day-to-day basis in terms of scope, budget, planning, quality and risk & issues;


• Ensuring close cooperation with the superintendent and maintenance team on site and main stakeholders;


• Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with the customer(s), Change Owner, Steering Committee and other stakeholders;


• Communicating with stakeholders in a timely and appropriate manner;


• Managing the quality, safety and security aspects of the project’s activities and deliverables in accordance with the applicable regulations and company requirements;


• Managing external suppliers in coordination with the supply management business partner;


• Preparing for formal decision point reviews, including ensuring the completeness, quality and timely submission of all required information;

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of professional experience in a science, engineering, or technical oriented discipline;


• Professional project management certification, IPMA level C, or PMI PMP, or equivalent level of professional experience in the project management discipline;


• 5 - 10 years' experience as a Project Manager in similar function (buildings and infrastructure);


• A demonstrable track record of successfully delivering projects of increasing complexity and crossing more than one domain or department;


• Strong stakeholder management and communication ability on all hierarchical levels and with internal and external stakeholders;
