We are looking for a highly skilled Senior FileNet Application Developer to join our innovative team and take the lead in advancing our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) capabilities. This is your chance to shape the technology that powers our critical document and workflow processes.

In this role, you will:

• Design & Develop cutting-edge solutions on the IBM FileNet P8 platform, creating custom applications and automated workflows.
• Integrate & Innovate by connecting FileNet with our broader enterprise ecosystem using APIs, Web Services, and cloud technologies.
• Own the Full Lifecycle from concept to deployment, participating in design, coding, testing, and support within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Optimize & Lead by enhancing existing systems for peak performance and contributing to our coding standards and best practices.

What you bring to the table:

• 8-10 years of experience in software development with a deep focus on the IBM FileNet P8 platform.
• Strong proficiency in Core .NET Technologies (C#, .NET Framework/Core), SQL, and FileNet APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines for CI/CD.
• A solid understanding of ECM principles, document lifecycle management, and workflow automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
