About The Graduate Position

We are looking for students graduating in the Summer of 2026 to join our Data & AI team in August 2026. Our team consists of experts in data science, AI, and ML engineering, while also collaborating closely with specialists in data engineering and data architecture. This means you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in applied data science and machine learning as well as to expand your skills across the broader data and analytics landscape, always aligned with your personal goals and interests.

Coming directly from university, you would be joining us as an Analyst, our entry level position. As an Analyst, you will be working alongside senior colleagues and helping with implementing our digital solutions for clients. We believe that learning and doing are important parts of your early career, which is why we immediately want you to get your hands dirty (with code) and get to try out the skills you’ve developed during your education.

General Responsibilities Include

• Partaking in client conversations and projects
• Developing and implementing advanced analytics and machine learning models
• Analyzing large, complex datasets to extract actionable business insights
• Deploying, monitoring, and maintaining machine learning models in production (MLOps)
• Collaborating across teams within both Curamando and the other Eidra companies
• Representing Curamando in the data and analytics community through outreach, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning about the latest technologies within the field.
  
  

The Analyst Program

As a Graduate, you will also have the opportunity to participate in our Analyst Program along with fellow graduates from different domains, packed with exciting events and courses! The Analyst program includes a set of courses, designed to ensure that you, during your first year at Curamando, develop the crucial skills to be a professional data consultant. It also includes social activities and meeting and visiting colleagues from our different companies and offices around the world.

Who We Are Looking For

To be a good fit for this role, we believe that you:

• will be graduating in the Summer of 2026 with a master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, mathematics, statistics, data engineering, or a related field (or equivalent) with a strong interest in data science, analytics, and machine learning
• have skills in SQL, python or similar languages
• have skills in, or a strong interest in learning about, data related methods and solutions to drive company growth
• are a curious, collaborative team player, eager to grow and learn
• have great communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
• are based in Stockholm, or able to move here
  
  

Our Recruitment Process And How To Apply

• Submit your CV, outlining your educational background and relevant work experience.
• If you meet our initial criteria, you will be invited to complete an online test assessing your personality traits.
• Selected candidates will then be invited to complete a case that should take 3-4 hours to complete at home.
• After reviewing the case submissions, successful candidates will be invited to an Assessment Day at our Stockholm office.
• Assessment Day will take place at the beginning of December and will include presentations about our organisation, interviews with various team members and HR, and an opportunity to discuss your case approach and receive feedback.
• Following the Assessment Day, we will carefully evaluate your performance and overall fit with our organization to make a final decision regarding your suitability for the position. We are committed to providing feedback to all candidates regardless of the outcome.
