We are now looking for a Full Stack Java Developer to join us and deliver end-to-end software solutions across diverse industries.

As a Full Stack Java Developer at OBSS, you will develop scalable, high-quality web applications, integrate services, and contribute to complex projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead development efforts to ensure mission-critical solutions meet business needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program documentation, including structure diagrams, behavior diagrams, interaction diagrams, system and program flowcharts, test plans, and conversion plans.
• Review and improve the development and coding of Java programs and systems.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to confirm that project and system objectives are achieved.
• Analyze and recommend new procedures or techniques to improve supported systems.
• Communicate technical information effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, including vendors, clients, and management.
• Lead medium-to-large technical teams to deliver high-quality code products.
• Integrate back-end web services via REST APIs and ensure seamless collaboration between front-end and back-end systems.

Qualifications / Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing web services and applications across diverse industries.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework (MVC, Boot, Data), JPA, Hibernate, and SQL.
• Front-end development experience with React and/or Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Microservices architecture experience is a plus.
• Experience with web services such as SOAP, RESTful, JSON, XML.
• Working knowledge of Docker and design patterns (MVVM, Repository, Unit of Work, IoC, Dependency Injection) is highly desirable.
• Object-oriented development knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
• Knowledge of general database management systems and data modeling (preferably MSSQL and PostgreSQL).
• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• High energy, motivation, and a result-oriented mindset.
