About the Role
Provide functional, operational support to the department by taking a specific, identified role for assigned projects and tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting and providing necessary data/information for developing corporate business plan and tracking progress including technology requirements, industry standards, production capacity and construction capabilities.
- Help in embedding and tracking the strategic and business plans.
- Liaise, coordinate and facilitate with internal departments.
- Assist in collaboration with internal team to define strategic objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish project approach.
- Conduct research, stakeholder interviews, brainstorming sessions, and digital research.
- Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps and opportunities in the marketplace.
- Assist in selecting appropriate frameworks, tools and approaches to use in solving strategic problems.
- Keep abreast of emerging behaviours, technologies, and companies that are changing the industry’s landscape.
- Demonstrate domain knowledge and expertise in a range of skills, such as business model development, financial modelling, product portfolio planning, organizational strategy, channel and go-to-market models, customer / market research etc.
- Compliance in accordance with Company policies & procedures, Policy of Integrity & Code of Conduct and HSE standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Master’s Degree is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role and industry.
