Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Growth Product Manager. The Growth Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the product roadmap, utilizing growth hacking techniques, implementing design thinking strategies, and managing overall product development. The role will also involve spearheading growth marketing efforts to drive user acquisition and retention, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product success, and continuously assessing product performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in Product Road Mapping and Product Management
- Proficiency in Growth Hacking and Growth Marketing techniques
- Strong skills in Design Thinking and innovative problem-solving
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in social networking or community-building platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field
Skills:
- Experience with Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics tools.
- Familiarity with UI/UX tools (Figma, Framer).
- Background in ASO, SEO, or digital product marketing.
- Technical familiarity (mobile dev, APIs, or no-code tools) is a plus.
Tasks:
- Track and analyze key app metrics (DAU, MAU, retention, churn, LTV, CAC, etc.)
- Build and maintain dashboards using Firebase, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Identify drop-off points in onboarding, messaging, and subscription flows
- Segment users by behavior (active, dormant, premium, churned) and extract insights
- Monitor in-app feature adoption and conversion rates
- Analyze funnel performance for acquisition, activation, retention, and referral
- Audit the entire user journey (from app store visit → onboarding → engagement)
- Identify friction points and propose UX/UI improvements
- Work with design to create new flows, interactions, and user states
- Conduct A/B testing for new layouts, copy, and feature placements
- Gather and interpret qualitative feedback (reviews, community, NPS)
- Collaborate with developers to implement and monitor UX changes
- Design and run growth experiments focused on engagement and monetization
- Implement referral loops, gamification mechanics, and in-app events
- Optimize onboarding flow to improve activation and subscription conversion
- Track and optimize the user funnel for each growth channel (organic, paid, referral)
- Measure impact of experiments and double down on successful strategies
- Improve app listing visuals, descriptions, and conversion copy
- Conduct keyword research and monitor ranking performance
- Run A/B tests on icons, screenshots, and preview videos
- Analyze conversion rate from impressions → installs → activation
- Work with design, marketing, and tech to align on growth roadmap priorities
- Translate user analytics into actionable tasks for UX/design/dev teams
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns based on user insights
- Align product goals with marketing KPIs (CPI, conversion, retention)
- Prepare weekly growth reports and insights for leadership
- Benchmark competitors’ features and retention mechanics
- Stay updated on UX, ASO, and growth best practices
- Explore integrations (AI chat, push notifications, gamified features, etc.)
- Ideate new engagement concepts for couples and singles in the app
