AI & LLM Specialist:

I am now working with a small, close-knit team of innovators committed to driving impactful change through smart, sustainable solutions.

With a collaborative spirit and a shared vision, we harness the power of Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and advanced data science to empower organizations to turn data into actionable, eco-friendly insights.

They have spent the last few years fine-tuning their customer centric project approach, this has opened the doors to complex and long term project - hence the new team members!

As an AI & LLM specialist you will play a hands on role with the technical implementations all while being a key advisor for your stakeholders.

Because this team are still young in the market (by no means young in experience) they want to make sure their consultants get a fair say in what projects they adopt and more importantly, co-own.

Key Skills Needed:

• Proven experience developing and deploying AI models
• Driving the full data - AI journey
• Carrying out relevant R&D, running test simulations and integrating the functioning model
• Confident with data integration and ETL processes
• Experiences with Langchain, RAG or advanced machine learning practices
• Fluency in Norwegian

You will be a key advisor for our customers as well as the in-house specialist, sharing knowledge with the team and helping to raise the bar when it comes to AI skills.

We are in a fortunate position thanks to our green focused projects, working with customers for longer term projects - really getting the chance to deep dive into their needs.
