Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full-stack Software Engineer (Go/Java, AI). Located in Singapore/ China, this role allows for some work from home. The Full-stack Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, working on both the front-end and back-end. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features, ensuring the performance and responsiveness of applications.

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with strong backend experience to join our core engineering team. You’ll play a critical role in building and optimizing Bluente’s document processing infrastructure, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability across millions of pages translated every month. You’ll work closely with our AI, product, and infrastructure teams to ship high-impact features, from document ingestion to translation pipelines, formatting reconstruction, and secure API integrations.

What you'll do

• Develop and scale high-performance backend services in Go or Java that power millions of document translations each month
• Shape our AI-driven workflow engine: Design and optimize intelligent APIs and pipelines that handle document ingestion, translation, formatting, and version control, all in real time.
• Engineer AI applications end-to-end: Collaborate on building, fine-tuning, and deploying AI components that enhance translation quality, layout reconstruction, and multilingual document understanding
• Integrate and deploy translation and document processing modules
• Implement front-end features and dashboards where needed for admin and client-side tools
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
• Contribute to system design discussions and technical architecture reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field 3+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in Go or Java, plus familiarity with web frameworks and APIs
• Excellent problem-solving, learning agility, and self-direction
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote-first environment Basic English proficiency for technical documentation and communication
• Bonus: Experience with PDF, Word, or document processing systems
• Bonus: Prior exposure to AI, NLP, or text processing frameworks
• Bonus: Enterprise deployments a plus

• 参与系统架构设计与技术评审，持续优化平台性能与工程规范

• 计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历
• 3 年以上 后端或全栈开发经验
• 熟练掌握 Go 或 Java，熟悉 Web 框架与 API 开发
• 具备优秀的 问题解决能力、自主学习能力与自我驱动力
• 适应快节奏、远程优先的工作环境
• 具备基础英文能力，能够阅读技术文档并进行沟通

• 有 PDF、Word 等文档处理系统 开发经验
• 具备 AI、NLP 或文本处理框架 相关经验
• 有 企业级系统部署与优化经验（Enterprise Deployments） 者优先
