Job Title: Blockchain Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Blockchain Project Manager to lead blockchain-related projects from conception to deployment. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of blockchain solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end blockchain projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with blockchain developers, architects, and business stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate Agile or Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to project management methodologies.
• Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders involved in blockchain initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and governance requirements relevant to blockchain solutions.
• Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to senior management.
• Drive process improvement and adoption of best practices in blockchain project delivery.
• Stay updated on blockchain technologies, trends, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in blockchain, fintech, or distributed ledger projects.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps).
• Certified in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and development environments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cryptocurrencies, tokenization, or blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Solana.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory aspects of blockchain technologies.
• Prior experience in fintech, financial services, or technology consulting environments.
