Accountabilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance front-end web applications using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and CSS
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to implement scalable and performant solutions
- Participate in architecture and design decisions to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimizing performance and usability
- Lead and mentor a small team of UI or full-stack engineers, providing guidance and feedback
- Ensure code quality through test-driven development, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices
- Work with enterprise integration services, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for front-end systems, processes, and best practices
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of software application development experience, or equivalent experience (High School Diploma/GED and 14+ years acceptable)
- Hands-on experience with React (16+), Redux or Mobx store management, Node.js, TypeScript, ES6, CSS3, CSS preprocessors, and grid layouts
- Technical lead experience for medium to large projects
- Strong understanding of Agile/iterative delivery methodologies
- Experience with TDD, CICD, distributed systems, and microservices architecture
- Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting production issues
- Familiarity with RESTful web services, transactional and NoSQL databases
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Docker, and Jenkins
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
