We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join the Retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming raw sales and activation data into meaningful insights that enhance retail performance and operational decision-making. This role involves developing interactive dashboards, conducting performance analyses, and collaborating closely with multiple departments to support data-driven strategies across all retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical reports in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to monitor retail performance.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly data related to activations, sales, revenue, and commission achievements across retail outlets.
- Extract, clean, and validate data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide deep insights into store, advisor, and regional performance to support management in decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Automate recurring reports and data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Collaborate with Retail, Finance, Marketing, and Business Intelligence teams to align data and reporting processes with overall business goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as activations, ARPU, churn, device sales, and customer acquisition trends.
- Ensure the highest standards of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in all data reporting.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights through impactful data visualizations and management presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel (including Power Query, complex formulas, and pivot-based automation).
- Skilled in SQL and integrating multiple data sources for unified reporting and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to data accuracy and detail.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings in a clear, business-oriented manner.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within telecom or retail operations.
- Demonstrated experience in developing dashboards, performance reports, and analytical tools for business intelligence.
- This is a full-time position based in Qatar
