Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Legal Manager located in Sohar. The Senior Legal Manager will be responsible for preparing legal documents, providing legal consulting services, ensuring legal compliance, and managing legal affairs. The role involves overseeing legal aspects of the company's operations, advising the management team on legal issues, and ensuring that the company’s activities conform to all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law and Legal Compliance
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Consulting
• Experience in managing Legal Affairs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Sohar, Oman
• At least 4 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the green energy sector
• LLB degree or equivalent law degree
• Fluent English, speaking and writing
• Self-motivated, responsible
