- Set up and analyze A/B tests, providing clear recommendations and learnings.
- Deep dive into multiple data sources to understand how customers interact with all Skylum products, identify insights, and recommend actions to improve key product and business metrics (activation, retention, LTV).
- Collaborate closely with the CPO and Product Managers, proactively exploring data to uncover opportunities and share findings in a structured, actionable way.
- Ensure reliability, consistency, and transparency of analytical data across teams.
- Solid knowledge of core product metrics and experience turning insights into actionable plans.
- Advanced SQL skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
- Proficiency with BI tools, preferably Tableau.
- Strong experience with Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Firebase, or similar product analytics tools.
- Solid statistical foundation and understanding of experiment design.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Self-learner, curious, and comfortable working with minimal direction.
- Experience with Python or R for advanced analysis.
For personal growth:
- A chance to work with a strong team and a unique opportunity to make substantial contributions to our award-winning photo editing tools;
- An educational allowance to ensure that your skills stay sharp;
- English and German classes to strengthen your capabilities and widen your knowledge.
- A great environment where you’ll work with true professionals and amazing colleagues whom you’ll call friends quickly;
- The choice of working remotely or in our office space located on Podil, equipped with everything you might need for productive and comfortable work.
- Medical insurance;
- Twenty-one days of paid sick leave per year;
- Healthy fruit snacks full of vitamins to keep you energized.
- Twenty-one days of paid vacation per year;
