Game Designer (Remote)

We are seeking a talented and creative Game Designer to craft engaging multiplayer and social 3D game experiences. In this role, you will design gameplay systems, levels, mechanics, and social loops that captivate and retain players while fostering community interaction. You will collaborate closely with artists, engineers, and animators to prototype and implement ideas rapidly, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable player experience. This position offers the opportunity to influence core game design, experiment with innovative mechanics, and contribute to content that reaches a global audience. Accountabilities:

• Design and refine core gameplay loops, progression systems, and mechanics for multiplayer 3D games
• Develop, balance, and optimize levels, challenges, and social features to encourage collaboration, competition, and replayability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, animators, and engineers, to prototype and implement gameplay ideas
• Create systems that promote player expression, engagement, and community participation
• Support live operations through seasonal content, events, and challenges to maintain long-term player retention
• Monitor player behavior, community trends, and industry innovations to inform design decisions
• Balance gameplay for fun, accessibility, and scalability across diverse player types
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience as a Game Designer, preferably in multiplayer, social, or 3D gaming environments
• Hands-on experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, or equivalent 3D development tools
• Strong understanding of core loops, progression, retention, and multiplayer/cooperative gameplay systems
• Proven ability to prototype, test, and iterate quickly based on feedback
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and team-working skills
• Portfolio showcasing playable 3D or multiplayer projects
• Nice to have: experience with live-service systems, monetization strategies, and culturally grounded social or competitive games
