We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist - Data Analytics - to drive insights, optimize performance, and improve operational efficiency across our marketing and sales ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in integrating and configuring analytics tools with our CRM platforms—HubSpot and Salesforce—and empowering the marketing teams with reliable, real-time data.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of new data analytics tools and ensure seamless integration with HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Partner with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to set up data flows, dashboards, and tracking across platforms.
- Develop and maintain data architecture to support marketing attribution, funnel analytics, and campaign performance tracking.
- Ensure data hygiene and governance practices are maintained across all systems.
- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports for key stakeholders.
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis on campaign performance.
- Automate reporting processes and create self-serve data tools for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure consistent measurement across teams.
- 4–7 years of experience in marketing operations, data analytics, or revenue operations.
- Proven experience in configuring and integrating analytics tools with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, tag management, data connectors, and APIs.
- Solid understanding of lead lifecycle, campaign attribution, and sales/marketing funnel metrics.
- Experience with tools such as Segment, Google Tag Manager, Datawarehouse.io, or Snowflake.
- Background in B2B SaaS or similar data-driven industries.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar for deeper data manipulation and automation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
