We are looking for an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team delivering Agile projects using the latest Microsoft technology for our clients. Our rapidly growing team works mainly with Public Sector organisations to deliver solutions and applications that drive value and engage customers using Power Platform and the Microsoft technology stack.

The primary focus of the role would be working with our team to deliver solutions for our customers utilising Microsoft Technologies, with a focus on ASP.NET and Azure. As a Senior Developer, you will be expected to take the Technical Lead role on some projects and work as part of a team on other projects. You will also help design and advocate for internal development standards.

With an office near Guildford, we specialise in delivering Business Applications based on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Intelligent Automation. This role expands the breadth of our offerings by enabling us to deliver bespoke .NET front-end development and support capability to our customers.This role will be our most senior .NET developer role and hence be expected to set the direction for .NET development and standards internally.

Mission

Your mission will be to deliver projects which lead to happy customers. You will be expected tolead or work as part of a team, or on your own for smaller projects, working alongside the assigned Delivery Manager to ensure a successful outcome. You will work on the technical side of sales bids, helping the company to win new work with customers whilst providing effort estimates and technical solutions which meet the customer need. You will also keep abreast of new technologies, assessing their suitability, and helping us use them on projects so clients can drive value and engage customers.

Mandatory Experience

  • Microsoft .NET development experience using C#
  • Good exposure to Azure components
  • UI development using Razor Pages MVC in ASP.NET Core
  • Production of APIs
  • Automated unit testing using xUnit and Moq
  • Microservices development
  • Agile project delivery (ideally Scrum)
  • Working in a services company
  • Eligible to obtain SC Clearance (must have lived in the UK for 5 years)

Desirable Experience

  • Knowledge of Power Platform development
  • Power BI
  • SharePoint integration
  • Redis Cache and caching strategies
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerisation
  • Knowledge of GDS Service Standard
  • Development to meet Accessibility Standards

Location

Our office is near Guildford and most of our customers are within London. You will need to travel to the office and customer site as required to deliver projects. Like most of our staff you will be in our office 2 days per week.
