In this role, you will work in a team of Agile Coaches responsible for driving transformation, innovation and continuous improvement using systems thinking as the main guide for Engineering Strategy actions.

What You'll Do
Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of an Agile Coach at ADP:
- Change management. You'll start each day identifying contexts, at the strategic, tactical and operational levels, performing analysis and planning, executing continuous improvement strategies with the areas and monitoring their results.
- Coach/Mentoring. Act as coach of the Scrum Masters and PO's, directing the focus of the teams to deliver value.
- Training. Facilitate agile training focused on gaps identified in the areas of expertise.
- Metrics. Understand through agility metrics the best practices and be executed for efficiency and effectiveness of the supported teams.
- Knowledge in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, Safe, and Flight levels;
- Knowledge in Agile tools as Jira, Nave, and DX
- Understanding of metrics of efficacy and efficiency;
- Experience in trainings and workshops;
- Experience with OKR’s;
- Experience within Agile transformation as Agile Coach and Scrum Master;
- Advanced English skills.
