Experienced DeFi Trader – Remote

This is a fully remote position; candidates must have valid work authorization in their country of residence.

We are seeking exceptional Experienced DeFi Traders to join our teams. Candidates will manage cryptocurrency portfolios, develop and implement quantitative strategies, and optimize performance across DeFi markets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise crypto portfolios using quantitative strategies to deliver consistent returns.
• Develop, backtest, and implement trading strategies while balancing risk and reward.
• Conduct deep analysis of assets and market trends to inform data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and technical teams to refine strategies.
• Monitor and manage risks to ensure alignment with firm objectives.
• Communicate portfolio performance and risk analysis to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional educational background from a top-tier global institution.
• Proven track record in live DeFi trading.
• Strong understanding of protocol microstructure and design mechanisms.
• Proficiency in on-chain research, risk management, and statistical analysis.
• Programming skills in Python, Rust, Solidity, or similar for strategy implementation are a strong plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency, DeFi, tokenomics, and blockchain technology.
• Curious about emerging technologies and research in the crypto space.
