About The Opportunity
As an Associate Engineer DevOps, you’ll play a key role in supporting the development, operation, and delivery of digital health products and platforms that improve patient outcomes across the state.
You’ll work closely with senior delivery staff to help build, operate, and maintain solutions in line with our technology roadmaps - gaining hands-on experience in modern DevOps practices while contributing to projects that matter.
In This Role, You Will
- Support roadmap delivery by collaborating with senior engineers and escalating risks to meet acceptance criteria.
- Investigate and assist with technology migrations, transformations, and solution implementations.
- Develop secure, functional, and supportable code aligned with testing and accessibility standards.
- Maintain system security, stability, and availability, escalating risks for further review when needed.
- Research emerging technologies and contribute to learning materials for the Capability Area Group.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in building and operating applications or infrastructure, supported by relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
- Possesses sound knowledge of modern ICT delivery and operational practices (DevOps) and related methodologies such as Agile.
