About The Role
McNab and our Data analytics team is growing; we are looking for a talented and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and managing business-critical dashboards and reports using Power BI and other leading tools. As a member of the team, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and ensure data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Report Development: Work closely with business leaders to design, develop, and manage business-critical Power BI reports and dashboards.
- CI/CD Processes: Collaborate with the Data Lead to develop and implement robust CI/CD processes, version control strategies, and manage access controls for BI tools.
- Data Quality: Identify data and intelligence gaps and work with data engineers to ensure the creation of fit-for-purpose data models.
- Innovation: Explore and test new technologies and approaches for reporting and dashboarding, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends.
- Degree qualified in a data-related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines) or equivalent practical experience in transitioning into BI.
- We are seeking experience of at least 2 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a similar role.
- Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and present your work clearly.
- Strong ability to document your work clearly and thoroughly.
- You thrive working independently but also enjoy collaborating within a team.
- Excellent communication skills to share your solutions and ideas with cross-functional teams.
- Power BI / DAX: Proficient in designing reports and dashboards using Power BI and writing efficient DAX formulas.
- Python: Experience with Python for data processing and visualization.
- SQL: Advanced skills in SQL and data modelling.
