We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this fully remote role, you will design and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and ETL pipelines, ensuring high-quality, actionable insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to translate complex data into clear recommendations that drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, adept at multiple BI tools, and comfortable managing data processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Sigma, Power BI, and Tableau
- Create self-service analytics solutions enabling stakeholders to access and interpret data independently
- Design, implement, and maintain ETL pipelines to ensure timely and accurate data integration from multiple sources
- Monitor and optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to maintain data integrity and storage solutions
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for measurable business impact
- Present findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related analytical field
- Experience: 3+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend, Airflow) and data pipeline automation
- Expertise in BI platforms, particularly Sigma, Power BI, and Tableau
- Solid statistical analysis and data modeling capabilities
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Plus Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), programming in Python or R, advanced analytics techniques, and familiarity with version control systems (Git)
