Role Summary
Responsible for leading strategic initiatives in Web Analytics, Digital Performance, Data Visualization, and Lead Management, ensuring data integration, optimization of digital channels, and generation of insights for campaigns and customer experience.
Acts as a technical and strategic reference to drive digital results and support Marketing, OnStar, and other internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Develop and implement Web Analytics strategies to monitor digital performance KPIs.
- Manage analytics tools (Databricks, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics) and BI dashboards.
- Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) projects and digital experience improvements.
- Ensure data quality and governance, proposing continuous improvements.
- Support digital campaigns with data-driven insights.
- Coordinate predictive analyses to anticipate trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with Marketing, IT, and Product teams.
- Prepare executive reports and strategic recommendations for leadership.
- Oversee Lead Management processes, including capture, qualification, and CRM integration.
- Drive RTCDP (Real-Time Customer Data Platform) initiatives for real-time personalization and segmentation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
- Solid background in Web Analytics, BI, Digital Performance, and Lead Management.
- Experience with data analysis and management tools (Databricks, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Power BI).
- Knowledge in Data Analytics, Data Governance, and Data-Driven Solutions.
- Familiarity with RTCDP and its application in digital performance and customer data integration.
- Analytical and critical thinking.
- Leadership and project management capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge in digital metrics, SEO, SEM, and programmatic media.
- Advanced English
- Advanced Analytics and AI applied to digital performance.
- Spanish are a plus
- Creative Problem-Solving and Cross-Functional Team Leadership.
