Your daily tasks will include
- designing and implementing projects with a strong focus on Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) for both mobile frontend and backend applications
- building sustainable, state-of-the-art software solutions
- adopting agile methodologies, clean code principles, and test-driven development
- continuously learning and developing your skills across a wide variety of customized software projects
- building a relationship of trust with your team and enabling self-organized work
- establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with clients
The following will make you succeed in this role
- strong knowledge of Kotlin and the cross-platform framework Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), ideally including experience with Compose Multiplatform
- familiarity with other relevant technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, modern web frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js, and frameworks like Capacitor, Electron, or Quasar is a plus
- passion for solving complex technical challenges and creating robust software architecture
- drive for clean code, high software quality, and continuous improvement
- understanding and challenging the technical requirements of the project before you start programming
- regularly and proactively giving and requesting feedback
- fluency in both English and German
