Mission

As a Concept Designer, you will translate the business Value Proposition into innovative solutions that address both user and business needs. You’ll define the big picture, conceptualize how products or services meet user needs, and ensure seamless interaction across our complex ecosystem of digital channels—including web and mobile apps and internal employee interfaces.

Responsibilities

You will lead the ideation phase and transform abstract ideas into tangible, visual concepts for stakeholders:

  • Gather requirements from stakeholders using suitable ideation techniques.
  • Collect insights from qualitative and quantitative user testing, benchmarking, and data analytics.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer while aligning with business objectives.
  • Curate information architecture to ensure intuitive usability.
  • Draft high-level, low-fidelity wireframes.
  • Assess the impact of proposed solutions on existing metrics.

Final deliverable: a Concept Report documenting your research, testing, proposed user flows, and overall approach. You will support the UX/UI designer in refining the concept once validated.
