We are looking for a Medior or Senior Data & AI Consultant to join our growing team in Brussels (hybrid work model).

You will play a key role in helping organizations leverage AI and advanced analytics — from designing data pipelines and developing predictive models to deploying AI-driven insights and advising on GenAI strategy.

You will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex data challenges into actionable intelligence and transformative business outcomes.

• Lead data-driven projects from exploration to implementation — including data ingestion, modeling, and visualization.
• Apply AI and GenAI tools (e.g., LLMs, vector databases, embeddings) to real-world business problems.
• Conduct statistical and predictive analyses to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation.
• Collaborate with clients to define use cases, assess feasibility, and design scalable AI architectures.
• Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations in clear, business-oriented language.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing, project proposals, and methodology development within the AI consulting practice.

• Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with data analytics, AI/ML pipelines, and generative AI tools.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, statistics, and business intelligence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity.
• Strong problem-solving and consulting orientation — comfortable working in dynamic, client-facing environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or related field.
• Previous experience in AI consulting, data analytics, or digital transformation is an advantage.
