Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications using Microsoft technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET Framework and/or .NET Core.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient C# code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Maintain code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing where applicable.
  • Work with SQL Server or other relational databases to design and optimize queries and stored procedures.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a .NET Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework.
  • Experience with .NET Core for developing modern, cross-platform applications.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server and understanding of database design and optimization.
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or TFS.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
