Overview:


The Beneficiary wishes to improve the quality of its IT systems management.


To this end, the Beneficiary wishes to benefit from the Service Provider's expertise in terms of

telecommunications systems operation expertise.

In this context, the service consists of contributing to:

1. The management of infrastructure (servers,

storage, backup, security, OS, VMware, Citrix, databases, etc.)

2. Providing supervision for level 2 employees located in India;

3. Considering technical resources for the development of infrastructure offerings

4. Assisting our beneficiaries in migrating to the hybrid cloud

5. Contribute to committees to analyze needs and

provide solutions that comply with Group standards

6. Ensure infrastructure compliance with Group security standards

7. Automate server fleet management processes using tools

from the catalog

8. Implement measures to strengthen infrastructure resilience


Expected Deliverables:


The expected deliverables are:

  1. Documentation of implemented processes (architecture, operations, etc.)
  2. Tooling required for process automation
  3. Change management for operational entities (including offshore)
  4. Technical architecture documents (DAT) and related documentation
  5. Dashboards for IT system monitoring


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, backup, security, operating systems, and virtualisation platforms.
  • Supervise level 2 employees based in India.
  • Assist in migrating systems to hybrid cloud environments.
  • Contribute to committees by analysing requirements and providing compliant solutions.
  • Ensure infrastructure adheres to Group security standards.
  • Automate server fleet management processes using approved tools.
  • Implement measures to enhance infrastructure resilience.
  • Develop technical resources to support evolving infrastructure offerings.
  • Collaborate on change management for operational entities, including offshore teams.
