WHY WE NEED YOU
Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Marketing team to accelerate the European development of our Startup Program and deepen our engagement with strategic partners and founders across the continent.
Your mission will be to identify, qualify, and support high-potential startups in our program in order to grow a vibrant international community and increase Scaleway’s presence in the European startup ecosystem.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM
We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together. You will be part of a tight-knit team of 2 people dedicated to the Startup Program and Communities.
The team is focused on developing strategic partnerships with startups, animating a thriving founder community, and expanding our footprint across Europe.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
ABOUT YOU
Hybrid work: We offer up to 3 days of remote work per week.
Offices: Our offices are spacious, dynamic workspaces with bold design, conveniently
located near public transport. Most of our offices feature outdoor spaces (terraces) and bike
parking facilities.
Dining: Our chef provides a healthy meal service at the headquarters, and breakfast is
available across all our sites year-round. Scalers working from regional sites enjoy a Swile
card for lunches.
Well-being commitments: Whether it’s access to a gym, daycare places, or discounted
services for caring services, Scaleway is committed to supporting Scalers in maintaining a

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
- Define and execute the European expansion strategy of the Startup Program
- Source and qualify promising startups that align with our program
- Build and maintain relationships with European VCs, incubators, and innovation hubs
- Coordinate and manage onboarding and support for startups in the program
- Plan, organize, and participate in startup-related events (internal & external)
- Monitor performance and track KPIs to measure program impact
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align initiatives
- Engage with the CTOs/founders of startups and adapt messaging to a technical audience
- Maintain CRM accuracy (Salesforce) and outreach efficiency
- Support internal reporting and present outcomes to leadership
ABOUT YOU
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem (funding, acceleration, growth)
- Proven experience with CRM tools (especially Salesforce)
- Familiarity with digital marketing and outreach tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and networking abilities
- Autonomy and proactivity in daily operations
- High level of rigor and structured execution
- Comfortable taking initiatives and working in a test & learn mindset
- Curious and comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders (e.g., CTOs)
