In this role, you'll be responsible for the technical planning, documentation, and execution of customer projects — ensuring every detail from design to delivery meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.
You'll manage technical documentation (including implementation plans, room layouts, cabling diagrams, and tender-specific documents), oversee on-site activities, and collaborate closely with project managers, planners, and service teams. This is a hands-on position where your technical expertise and organizational skills will directly shape successful project outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project requirements and customer specifications.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation (drawings, cabling, floor plans, implementation plans).
- Coordinate project execution with the PMO and technical project engineers.
- Supervise or support installation teams and service partners on-site.
- Coordinate workflow to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
- Collect feedback from service teams and support continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with supply chain, QA, and development teams to enhance product and delivery quality

- Degree in Engineering (Building Services, Electrical, Media, or Systems Engineering) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (or 5+ years in system engineering, AV/media technology, or construction management).
- Strong technical understanding of AV and IT systems, cabling, and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar technical documentation software.
- Familiarity with audio/video standards, system distribution, and control.
- Fluent in English (B2+) and near-native German.
- Analytical, structured, and quality-focused mindset with excellent documentation skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.
