Role Summary

Awakn is offering a 3-month paid Data Analysis Internship for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in analytics and AI-driven business operations. This remote internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to develop technical skills, contribute to real projects, and learn from experienced professionals in a supportive, innovation-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and prepare datasets for analysis.
• Support data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Help create dashboards and visualisations to communicate key insights.
• Conduct data-driven research to identify patterns and trends.
• Document findings and contribute to project reporting.
• Collaborate with consultants to turn data insights into actionable strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
• Proficient in Excel with a basic understanding of SQL or Python.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with academic or personal data projects.
• Understanding of data modelling or statistics.
