Product Design Lead / Founding Designer (AI B2B Fintech Startup) - Dublin - €95k-€120k.

Are you a senior designer who thrives on building from the ground up?

We're looking for a Product Design Lead to join a bold, early-stage AI B2B fintech startup backed by top-tier investors.

You'll be working alongside a founding team - ex-Stripe, Amazon, Protex AI, and more.

What you’ll do:

• Own the end-to-end product design process - from research and UX to visual design and prototyping.
• Establish design principles, workflows, and systems for a rapidly scaling product.
• Solve a real-world problem: help financial professionals leverage AI to automate complex workflows, make smarter decisions, and save time.
• Make an outsized impact: your work will directly influence the product and company strategy.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience shipping B2B/SaaS products.
• Comfortable taking ownership of design decisions and working in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, UX thinking, and polished visual design.
• Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building processes where none exist.

Salary

• Flexible depending on experience - open to senior or principal/lead-level backgrounds - roughly €95k-€120k.

Location

• Hybrid - 2 days a week from the Central Dublin office.
