HR Generalist
Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a global provider in the construction/engineering industry in the recruitment of a Stand-Alone HR Generalist.
Reporting into the Head of HR and Senior Management Team, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the full end to end employee lifecycle across all company sites including employee relations whilst having support from legal counsel, recruitment, HR reporting and payroll.
What will you receive as HR Generalist?
- Up to €55,000 dependent upon experience
- 32 days annual leave
- 5% pension (employer and employee matched)
- Flexibility surrounding working hours- 8-4:30pm, 8:30am-5pm and 9:00am-5:30pm

What will you do as HR Generalist?
Whilst having guidance from the Group Head of HR and support of legal counsel, you will provide HR support to 100 employees across all company sites. Duties include:
- Led on all employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and investigations
- Attend weekly meetings with the Senior Management Team to report on employee metrics
- Conduct HR reporting via Excel to monitor HR metrics i.e sickness, absence and performance
- Carry out training to new employees on HR policies and procedures and identify opportunities for career development.
- Manage the full cycle end to end recruitment process including conducting interviews
- Utilise the SAGE payroll system to complete weekly payroll of employees and liaise with finance department for monthly payroll.
- Complete HR Administration duties ensuring all employee personnel records are kept up to date
- Liaise with union representatives
What will you require?
- Minimum of 3 years HR Experience
- Experienced in employee relations, recruitment and HR reporting
- Proficient in payroll, completing HR Administration duties and identifying training requirements
- Obtained Masters in HR or Bachelors Degree
- Access to a car and clean driving licence
