ERP Project Manager (Contract)

Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

Rate: €600 – €650 per day (DOE)

Duration: 12 months

Our client, a major player in the healthcare and supply chain sector, is rolling out a large-scale ERP transformation across its international divisions. They’re looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

This is a key role within the PMO, ideal for someone who’s managed multiple global ERP implementations and enjoys working with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver results.

What you’ll do

• Lead the full ERP implementation lifecycle for D365 F&O, from planning to delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with delivery partners.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting.
• Work closely with business leaders to define requirements and ensure operational readiness.
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure delivery quality and compliance.
• Support testing, training, and migration activities to ensure smooth go-live.

Must have

• Proven experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations.
• 10+ years’ experience managing complex ERP or transformation projects.
• Strong project management background with recognised PM certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2).
• Excellent vendor and partner management experience.
• Experience working across international teams and business units.
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in fast-moving, regulated environments.

Desirable

• Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or supply chain sectors.
• Knowledge of CSV (Computer Systems Validation) environments.
• Commercial and financial acumen to manage budgets and ROI.
• Willingness to travel across Ireland, UK, and Europe when required.
