Role Description

We’re seeking a Business Development Partner who already operates within the innovation, technology, or creative sectors, or maintains strong relationships with decision-makers, agencies, or organizations open to adopting forward-looking digital solutions.

Your mission is to create strategic partnerships where Cathedral’s engagement infrastructure can enhance customer loyalty, transparency, and participation.

You will:

• Identify and connect with organizations ready to explore new models of engagement and digital transformation.
• Present Cathedral as a bridge between traditional customer systems and Web3 participation frameworks.
• Collaborate directly with the founder to shape the go-to-market strategy and define industry verticals.
• Represent Cathedral in strategic discussions around decentralized innovation and business engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, consulting, or B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Background in innovation, digital transformation, or blockchain (a plus).
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian or another EU language is appreciated (not required).
