Software Engineer (React.js & .NET) / Hertogenbosch, Netherlands / Fintech

Our client is an innovative Fintech company based in Hertogenbosch, specializing in developing cutting-edge financial technologies that empower businesses and individuals to manage their financial transactions and data securely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is passionate about software development and has strong experience with React.js for front-end development and .NET (preferably C#) for back-end services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications using React.js for the front-end and .NET (C#) for back-end services.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews. Implement unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in React.js, .NET, and fintech, bringing new ideas and solutions to the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with a strong focus on React.js for front-end development and .NET (C#) for back-end services.
• React.js: Strong knowledge of React, including component architecture, state management (e.g., Redux, React Context), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• .NET (C#): Proficient in building scalable and secure back-end services using .NET Core or .NET Framework.
• API Development: Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs, integrating third-party services, and working with API documentation.
• Agile Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile practices and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) for iterative development and team collaboration.
• English Proficiency: Fluent in English, both spoken and written (Dutch language skills are a plus, but not required).
