We’re looking for a Mid–Senior Backend PHP (Laravel) Developer who’s ready to take ownership of backend services, influence technical decisions, and write code that’s clean, reliable, and built to last.
This isn’t an entry-level role. You’ll be joining as an experienced developer, expected to bring best practices, share ideas, and help us scale our platform to meet growing global demand.

In This Position You Will
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs in PHP (Laravel)
- Take part in technical decision-making and suggest improvements in architecture and workflows
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security are baked into everything you build
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams to deliver high-impact features
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend challenges in production systems
- Mentor less experienced developers and contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture
- 3–5+ years of experience in backend development (with a strong focus on PHP + Laravel)
- Proven track record of building scalable APIs and services
- Solid database skills (MySQL/PostgreSQL), query optimization
- Good grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and testing practices
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern development pipelines
- Bonus: GO experience, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud environments, or experience with high-traffic systems
- Proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian
