Job Overview

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to maintain and enhance our existing AI-powered solutions built on Kafka, AWS, and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems while contributing to the development of new features to improve our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize existing AI solutions built on Kafka, AWS, and LLMs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
• Enhance LLM-based features for natural language processing tasks such as text analysis and customer interaction automation.
• Implement and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions on AWS.
• Ensure high availability and fault tolerance of Kafka-based streaming data systems.
• Develop and maintain Python-based applications and scripts to support AI and data processing workflows.
• Contribute to the design and development of new AI-driven features to improve user experience.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and cloud technologies to propose innovative solutions.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, data engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Apache Kafka for building and maintaining data streaming pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, ECS).
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Advanced proficiency in Python for developing AI models, data processing scripts, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with other programming languages (e.g., Java, Scala) is a plus.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with real-time data processing and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Previous work in the travel or fintech industry.
• Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
