This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Engineer (Intern) located in Kaunas, with flexibility to work from home. The IT Engineer (Intern) will support the development and maintenance of IT infrastructure, assist in managing technical systems and integrations, help automate internal workflows, and ensure smooth operation of hardware and software across the organization.

• Support IT infrastructure setup, configuration, and maintenance (hardware, software, networks)
• Assist in system monitoring, performance optimization, and issue troubleshooting
• Participate in automation, scripting, and documentation of internal IT processes
• Collaborate with teams to implement cybersecurity and backup solutions
• Contribute to system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities
• Provide end-user support and training when needed

• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting principles
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux environments
• Basic knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow in a fast-paced environment
