Our squad is part of the Finance Tribe, specifically within the Accounting Block. We are one of the four squads which aim to level up accounting experience by developing a brand-new accounting system in the bank.
Currently, our squad consists of 12 members. We follow an agile framework and have developed into a mature and self-driven squad. Our Product Owner (PO) and IT Engineers are located in Lithuania, while our Business Analyst (BA) and your Chapter Lead (CL) are based in Denmark.

You’ll work closely with developers, stakeholders, including decision-makers to drive change from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate should be creative and genuinely passionate about all aspects of data analysis, demonstrating a keen ability to engage effectively in stakeholder management. They must possess strong communication skills, crucial for articulating task progress, delivery timelines, and for collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify and refine business requirements. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex challenges efficiently.
We are seeking a professional who is skilful at specifying actionable solutions based on thorough analysis and collaboration, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Honesty and a friendly behaviour are vital, as they foster a positive and collaborative team environment. The candidate should be highly motivated, not only to seek out innovative solutions but also to help drive the team towards achieving collective goals with a proactive and supportive approach.
Having contributed to system transformation projects in complex enterprise environments is a strong plus.
You will:
- Play a vital role in implementation and rollout of brand new accounting system
- Continue to support and drive improvements beyond the rollout phase, ensuring long-term success and optimization
- Participate in testing and validation of new system features and enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements and function as expected
- Provide training and support to end-users on new system features and enhancements, ensuring they are effectively utilized
- Prepare detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and system specifications to ensure clarity and consistency
- Actively contribute across the full requirements lifecycle - from discovery and analysis to design, delivery, and testing
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Product Owner and IT Engineers to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. Engage regularly with stakeholders to gather insights and share findings, ensuring alignment with business goals
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development, preferably in banking, fintech, or other regulated environments
- Financial, banking, or accounting background with an understanding of financial systems and processes
- Proven experience acting as a bridge between business and IT, translating business needs into technical solutions and vice versa
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across various departments
- Open-minded team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and learning from others
- Result-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
- A “can-do” mindset, with motivation to thrive in an agile and fast-paced environment
- Experience in system changes or transformation projects within large organisations is a strong advantage
- Upper-intermediate English skills
We offer:
Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
