About The Role And The Team
Our team builds and maintains systems responsible for the core Real-Time Bidding auction logic. Our cluster receives over 1 mil/s requests while maintaining a low and strict response time.
As a .NET Software Engineer, you’ll help develop new features, improve existing systems, and ensure platform performance and reliability. Working in a global Agile team, you’ll collaborate with skilled engineers, product managers, and leaders across multiple locations.

As a .NET Software Engineer, you’ll help develop new features, improve existing systems, and ensure platform performance and reliability. Working in a global Agile team, you’ll collaborate with skilled engineers, product managers, and leaders across multiple locations.

- Design, implement and test new business features
- Ensure good system stability and observability
- Look for opportunities to improve the platforms throughput, response time and memory footprint
- Work closely with other teams to identify and resolve issues
- Day to day use these technologies: .NET, Typescript, Docker, Linux
- Also interact with: Github Actions, Puppet, Golang, Vertica, Kafka, Kubernetes
- 2+ years of experience in software development with .NET
- Hands-on experience with continuous integration, Git, unit testing, monitoring, and logging
- Curiosity and discipline to keep code in a good shape
- Strong English communication skills at an upper-intermediate level or higher

- Solid understanding of high availability and high-performance systems
- Familiarity with .NET 6/7/8
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures and parallel computing
- Knowledge of VM provisioning tools such as Puppet, Terraform, or Ansible
- Experience with container technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
- Familiarity with messaging infrastructure (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)
- Practical knowledge of Linux
