In this role, you will be deeply involved in executing our core business analysis processes, driving product-related initiatives, and ensuring our operational teams receive comprehensive support through clear and dependable solutions. This position is designed for an individual who flourishes in a hands-on, execution-oriented environment characterized by structure, precision, and teamwork.
Your Role: Making an Impact
- Process Execution: Lead the charge in executing and operationalizing initiatives set by the Head of Business Analysis, ensuring consistent implementation and seamless integration across all relevant teams
- Requirements Management: Take ownership of the entire requirements lifecycle: gather, document, and maintain comprehensive business requirements, workflows, and operational procedures, ensuring they align closely with end-user expectations
- Operational Continuity: Enhance Operations by crafting and documenting practical workaround processes for non-digitalized tasks, ensuring business continuity with minimal disruption
- Issue Resolution: Oversee follow-ups on outstanding issues, drive timely resolutions, and deliver clear, structured progress updates to both Product Enablement and Operations stakeholders
- Data & Tracking: Keep our operational tracking systems updated (e.g., request lists, JIRA boards), ensuring that all data remains accurate and readily accessible
- Reporting & Analysis: Contribute to KPI tracking and crafting high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation that encapsulate process improvements, outcomes, and the value generated
- Fund Operations Expertise: Possess a robust and practical grasp of fund workflows and operational procedures such as closings, capital calls, distributions, NAV calculations, and reporting
- Organizational Mastery: Demonstrate outstanding organizational and documentation abilities, with an unwavering commitment to detail and accuracy
- Execution Focus: Show a demonstrated track record of adhering to structured processes and executing defined strategies with discipline and excellence
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in the use of Office and Google Suite
- Communication: Exhibit exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
- Team & Travel: Thrive in a remote, cross-functional environment and be willing to travel occasionally to Girona or other Fundcraft locations
- Background with JIRA and Confluence
- Understanding of Luxembourg fund regulations within the AIFMD context
- Experience in digital transformation or system migration initiatives
- Basic familiarity with data management principles
- Fluency in Spanish and/or French
